Illusion Media provides a range of marketing services including, but not limited to, social media management, branding, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, video production, website development, and PR & influencer marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Clients are responsible for:
All creative work, strategies, and deliverables produced by Illusion Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the agreed deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement. Illusion Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are as outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Illusion Media reserves the right to pause or suspend services for overdue payments. Late payments may attract interest as specified in the agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the termination of the service agreement. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.
Illusion Media's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
While Illusion Media employs best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, leads, sales, or search rankings. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions and client actions.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Illusion Media will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
Illusion Media reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
